- Open Teams.
- Open your profile menu and choose Manage account.
- Choose General and scroll to the view down to Out of Office. Click the Schedule button.
- Turn on automatic replies, write a message to the text field and set the timing. In this example, the message is sent only for people in the same organization. Please remember to save the changes.
NB. it’s not a good idea to send automatic messages to everyone outside your organization. People who need to be sure their message reaches you immediately, should either ask for a confirmation for receiving the message, or they should call you.
