The Microsoft Office 365 cloud service consists of several applications. Also e-mail is delivered as a part of the service. Sign in to the MS 365 cloud service using this web address: https://o365.oulu.fi. There you can see all the available applications in the cloud service, including email.
How to log in
In the User ID field you should type
- oamkaccount@students.oamk.fi or oamkaccount@oamk.fi, or
- if you have had an account at the University of Oulu, your username is formed as univouluaccount@students.oamk.fi, or univouluaccount@oamk.fi, or
- if you have an active student account at the University of Oulu, use it from now on also as an Oamk student, or if you have an active staff account at the University of Oulu, use it also as an Oamk staff member.
Then give your password. The password is the same you use for other Oamk’s IT systems, such as student intranet and school computers (More information about passwords).
If you are just starting to use your account, as the next step, you’ll have to take care of your MFA settings for your MS Office 365 account. (What is MFA?)

When you are already in an application, you can easily switch between the MS 365 applications by clicking the so called waffle icon (app launcher). For example, you can now access your OneDrive.
