How to start using Mozilla Thunderbird

Keywords: , ,

You are able to use your school mail account (the one that lies in the cloud services) also on your local computer, using e.g. Thunderbird. Mozilla Thunderbird is an easy to use e-mail application and it is also free of charge. You may download it from http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/thunderbird/.

Taking Thunderbird into use

When you launch Thunderbird for the first time, enter the information that is asked for in fields of the Mail Account Setup window. Give your e-mail address in this form: uname@students.oamk.fi. For security reasons do not check the “Remember password” option. When you are ready, choose Continue.
