The University of Oulu and Oamk use a shared M365 tenant: https://o365.oulu.fi
Have you forgotten your password? No worries, you can request a new password: Set a new password for your University of Oulu or Oamk account through Suomi-fi authentication. Note that there is approximately a 15-minute delay for the password to update in the service. With Suomi.fi authentication, you can also check your username and its status.
Authenticator stopped working? In this guide, you will find the steps to reset and reconfigure the Authenticator so that you can get it working again.
Campus ICT
Exceptions in opening hours
- Thursday, April 2:
- Support phone line and service request processing will close at 13:00 for the rest of the day.
- Wednesday, April 15:
- Support phone line and service request processing will close at 14:15 for the rest of the day.
Regular opening hours
- The helpline phone is open on weekdays at 8:00–15:45 (8 am–3:45 pm). During that time, service requests by e-mail are also be responded to.
- Campus ICT Service Point in Kompassi is open on weekdays at 9–13 (9 am–1 pm). (Possible exceptions to opening hours can be seen above on this page.) You can also make an appointment outside the opening hours (on working days 8 am–3:45 pm).
- ChatBot answers questions 24/7. (At this point, only for the University of Oulu.)
- Note. We have a general maintenance window on Thursdays between 6:00 and 9:00 Finnish time (4 am–7 am GMT). During that time, services may be unavailable, or suffer from interruptions.
Campus ICT Service Point is now in KE1020
- Our service point is located in Kompassi (Compass), which is located on Opintokatu in the Linnanmaa campus.
- Use MazeMap mobile app: read MazeMap instructions, search for “ke1020” and the app will guide you to us.
- Please visit the service point only when healthy!
