How do I get access?
You can request access rights to Lehmus AI platform via Access request form.
Who can get access to the service?
Access to Lehmus AI can be granted to staff members of the University of Oulu and Oamk.
Students may gain access to Lehmus AI through a project managed by a staff member. For example, a course coordinator or teacher can apply for a project and add students as users of that group.
Lehmus AI web page is not loading or the connection fails – what should I do?
Lehmus AI is a secured network service. To access the service, you must meet one of the following requirements:
- You are on the university network: Use the campus Wi-Fi or a wired connection.
- You are using a VPN: If you are off-campus or using another network connection, ensure that the university VPN connection is active. You can find the instructions for VPN usage on Secure network connection University of Oulu and OAMK computers: FortiClient VPN and ZTNA service.
If you are connected and the page still does not load, try refreshing the page or clearing your browser cache before contacting ict@oulu.fi.
Does using the service incur any costs?
No. Lehmus AI is currently free of charge for users, and no costs are incurred from using the service.
If the pricing model changes in the future, users will be informed well in advance.
