Computers in centralized cloud management of ICT Services are so-called Intune machines. The machines are either Windows or macOS machines, or phones. This instruction deals only with computer operating system updates.
The contents of this instruction:
Windows
Before ICT Services install an operating system update on your computer, it appears in Windows updates. From there, you can install the update yourself when it suits you best.

For macOS devices, updates come after Apple releases them and ICT Services are approved for installation.
