VPN Portal vpn.oulu.fi:
If you do not have a VPN client on your device, you will get a secure connection to the university network from outside it through VPN Portal. The VPN connection is easily obtained by the web browser, but there are very limited functionality in comparison with the use of the client. At this stage, the VPN portal offers services Terveysportti and Oppiportti.
